Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours of being placed, with consideration to holidays and major promotional periods. You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order, as well as a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This information will all be accessible under your account page.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Beauty Park currently ships to all addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, and we do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses or third party shippers. We hope to extend our services in the near future! We are actively working toward opening our membership to customers internationally. Please continue to follow Beauty Park for updates.

 

Q: How much will it cost to ship my order (within the U.S.)?

A:

Free Shipping for orders over $50* (3-7 business days): Free

Standard shipping (under $50*): $4.00

Two Day Shipping** (2-3 business days): $13.95

Express Shipping** (1-2 business days): $21.95

 

* Based on total before applicable taxes are applied.
** Expedited orders must be placed before 10:00AM PST.

 

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: United States orders will ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on which method offers the most competitive rate. You will receive further details in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Q: Will sales tax be applied to my order?

A: Only customers shipping to California will be required to pay the current Sales Tax Rate of Los Angeles, California.

A: We gladly accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards.


Cancellations

We recommend calling customer service at (800) 353-8026 as soon as possible after the order is placed if you wish to cancel, however, we cannot guarantee a cancellation will be possible. Once an order is processed and a shipping confirmation is sent, you will have to follow our Return Policy guidelines in order to be refunded for your purchase.



Return Policy

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product was shipped:

Please send us an email at orders@beautypark.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged/incorrect item and we’ll be happy to help you!

 

Standard Returns

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will offer a refund for unopened, unused products, in original condition, granted they are received in our warehouse within 21 days from the date of shipment. Returns received more than 21 days past the date of purchase will not be refunded.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. Beauty Park can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (http://www.beautypark.com). An order number is required for a refund to be processed. Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange program at this time.

It can take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue online store credit. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Beauty Park points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Beauty Park’s discretion.
