Where is my order?
A:
Your order ships within 24 to 72 hours of when it's placed. To view your order status, go to your Dashboard > Order History. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?
A:
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will offer a refund for unopened, unused products, in original condition, granted they are received in our warehouse within 21 days from the date you receive your order. Where does Beauty Park ship to?
A:
We currently ship to all verifiable addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but we hope to extend our services in the near future! We do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses or third party shippers.
Q:
What shipping service do you use?
A:
United States orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX depending on which method offers the most competitive rate. You will receive further details in your shipping confirmation email.

How much will it cost to ship my order (within the U.S.)?
A:
We try out best to find the lowest shipping rate for our members.

$50.00 & over* - Free shipping (3-7 business days)
$49.00 & under - $4.00 flat rate shipping (3-7 business days)

Two Day Shipping** - $13.95 (2-3 business days)
Express Shipping** - $21.95 (1-2 business days)

* Based on total before applicable taxes are applied.
** Expedited orders must be placed before 11:00AM PST.

Will sales tax be applied to my order?
A:
Only customers shipping to California will be required to pay the current Sales Tax Rate of Los Angeles, California.

Order Cancellations

 
Email us immediately at help@beautypark.com or call customer service at (800) 353-8026 if you wish to cancel, however we cannot guarantee a cancellation will be possible. Once an order is processed and a shipping confirmation is sent, you will have to follow our Return Policy guidelines in order to be refunded for your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product was shipped:
 
Please send us an email at orders@beautypark.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged/incorrect item and we'll be happy to help you!
 
Standard Returns:
 
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will offer a refund for unopened , unused products, in original condition, granted they are received in our warehouse within 21 days from the date you receive your order. We are unable to refund your original shipping charges. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Beauty Park can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (http://www.beautypark.com). An order number is required for a refund to be processed.

If we have reason to believe the returned items are counterfeit or not the original items shipped, we will notify you via email.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange program at this time.
