Q: Where is my order?

A: Our orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed. You can view the status of your order in the My Orders section of your account page. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will offer a refund for unopened, unused products, in original condition, granted they are received in our warehouse within 21 days from the date of shipment. We are happy to help with any issues where orders are damaged, defective, or incorrect. See more details on our Shipping/Returns page, or by emailing orders@beautypark.com.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: All orders over $50 ship for free! Orders below $50 will ship for a flat rate of $4.

 

Q: What locations does Beauty Park ship to?

A: Beauty Park currently ships to all addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but we hope to extend our services in the near future! We do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses or third party shippers.

 

Q: How does the Quarterly Paid Membership and Free 30 Day Trial Work?

A: The Membership
Register for free to browse our catalog and see member pricing on all of our items. Your 30-Day Trial will begin once you place your first order. After 30 days, a new Quarterly Membership Term will begin and you’ll be charged $30 (just $10/month) to enjoy Beauty Park for the next three months. You’ll be billed every three months and can cancel at any time. The average member makes back their $30 Quarterly Membership fee in savings in just 3 orders.

 

The Free 30-Day Trial
We’re so confident in the value of the quarterly membership, that we let new shoppers try Beauty Park for free for the first 30 days. We’ve found overwhelmingly that this allows first-timers to shop, discover, save, and quickly see the value of becoming a paid member.
