What membership plans do you offer?
A:
We offer 2 types of plans: Basic (Free) and Premium (Paid).
Q:
How do I renew my membership plan?
A:
For the BASIC plan, simply write 2 product reviews every 30 days.
For the PREMIUM plan, you will be charged a recurring amount of $10 every 30 days.

We know your busy, that's why we'll send you a membership reminder 3 days before your plan expires or a recurring charge will be made.

How do I upgrade my BASIC plan to a PREMIUM plan?

You'll always have the option to upgrade your plan at checkout.

How do I cancel my membership plan?
A:
You can cancel your membership at anytime. Simply go to your Dashboard > Account Info > Cancel Account

How do I reactivate my membership plan?
A:
For BASIC members, simply login into your account and write 2 reviews. Once the reviews are approved, you will reactive your 30 day membership for 20% off purchases.

For PREMIUM members, simply login into your account and make a purchase. Your account will automatically be reactivated using the payment information provided.

Important, you will be immediately charged $10 for a 30 day membership allowing you to get an immediate 30% off your purchase.

Where is my order?
A:
Your order ships within 24 to 72 hours of when it's placed. To view your order status, go to your Dashboard > Order History. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?
A:
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will offer a refund for unopened, unused products , in original condition, granted they are received in our warehouse within 21 days from the date you receive your order. We are happy to help with any issues where orders are damaged, defective, or incorrect. See more details on our Shipping/Returns page, or by emailing orders@beautypark.com.

How much does shipping cost?

hipping is free for all orders over $50.00.
Orders under $50 will ship for a flat rate of $4.00

Where does Beauty Park ship to?
A:
We currently ship to all verifiable addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to Hawaii , Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but we hope to extend our services in the near future! We do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses or third party shippers.

What happens when a product I ordered is unavailable?
A:
On occasion, a product you purchased might be unavailable or on backorder. If that happens, we'll immediately notify you via email and apply a full refund of the unavailable product. If you used multiple payment types were used (i.e. Beauty Bank points, credit card, etc.), the refund amount will be return in the following order; 1. Beauty Bank points 2. credit card 3. gift card.

What are Beauty Bank points?
A:
We believe your voice has value. When you provide content to Beauty Park (leaving a product review or engaging with other community members), you can earn points to be used toward future purchases. Listed below are the current Beauty Bank point values,

Is there a verification process for Beauty Bank Points?
A:
All product reviews and videos are reviewed for approval. It is normally approved within 48 hours.
Q:
What happens if my review is declined?
A:
If your product review is declined, we will notify via email and explain why your review was declined. To get it approved, go to your dashboard and edit your review for resubmission.

How and when can I redeem my Beauty Bank points?
A:
You can redeem your Beauty Bank point at any time. At checkout, you will be given the option of applying your points towards your purchase.

Can I use my Beauty Bank points to pay for the entire order?
A:
Unfortunately, no. Your points can only be used for 75% of your order.

Can I use my Beauty Bank Points with other payment methods?
A:
Yes, you can use a combination of your Beauty Bank points and credit card or gift card during checkout.

Where can I see the number Beauty Bank points I've earned?
A:
You can view the total number of Beauty Bank points in the upper left-hand corner of the navigation bar. You can also see the point history in your account dashboard.

What happens to my Beauty Bank points when I cancel my account?
A:
For BASIC members, the points accrued will stay in your account for 30 days. After 30 days, the points will be deleted.
For PREMIUM members, the points accrued will stay in your account for 30 days. After 30 days, the points will be deleted.
Q:
What can Beauty Bank points be applied to?
A:
Points can only be applied up to 75% of your purchase order. Beauty Bank points can only be applied to product purchases. Points are non-transferable. Points cannot be applied to shipping charges, taxes & duties, or any other charges not related to the price of the product.

What is Beauty Park's position regarding right to refuse service?

We reserve the right to refuse service to any member which can possibly result in immediate account termination, void of Beauty Bank points, cancellation of any pending orders.
